Another beautiful day at the Refuge Pageau! Despite overcast skies and a chill in the air, our hearts are full of warmth and joy because today we release one of our residents back to the wild
Back on the 21st May, a snowy owl was found on the ground in Val d'Or by an employee ot Propane Nord-Ouest.
Un harfang des neiges a été trouvé le 21 mai dernier au sol à Val d'Or par un employé de Propane Nord-Ouest. It was very weak and thin. Pending our arrival to collect the owl, Propane Nord-Ouest committed a member of staff to monitor the bird! Their generosity has paid off and it has now regained his freedom after just 7 weeks of rehabilitation!
